I offer a free no obligation initial 15 minute consultation either online or over the telephone. This offers an opportunity to ask questions and for me to find out a little bit about what has brought you to counselling at this moment alongside expectations and hopes. If you choose to continue, sessions cost:

• £60 per session which last 50 minutes for individual therapy
• £85 per session which last 50 minutes for couples therapy
• I provide a 10% discount for NHS workers, teachers, police, fire services and students
